it's how we perceive things that affects how we attract them,
or don't attract them, into our lives.
If it seems insurmountable, we need to look at it from a different

Can you imagine what a cancer cell looks like? What a cancer cell

What are you thinking when you are sick? Now, we are not talking about positive thinking, although positive thinking is important. We are talking about "programming our brain" thinking. There is a difference. The difference is when we think of positive thinking, we sometimes think it means telling ourselves lies to keep us going. When you talk to your brain, it's like giving your brain directions.

Have you ever run energy? Do you know what *running energy* means?
(I know that this may be something foreign to many of you at first,
but then that's how you learn, right?) If you haven't run energy
before, you probably have questions. Your questions might be:
What is *energy* specifically? Who runs energy? Why do they do
it? How can I do it? What does it do? How can it help ME?

Did you know that the feeling of pain is a result of what you
are focusing on? Yes, you have pain because you are hurt, but
you FEEL pain because of what you are focusing on. Have you ever
been cut, but you didn't realize it at first? Then, when you did
realize it, guess what! It started to hurt! Whereas it hadn't
until you realized you were cut.
Once you realize you've been cut, what are you focusing on? The
cut, right?
"Your
Mind Is A Healer"
Your mind affects your brain, your brain affects your body. If
you are thinking bad thoughts, your body tightens up and you feel
the stress. Your thoughts also affect your disease-fighting immune
system. Images are the language of the brain. If you imagine yourself
in perfect health, you have a better chance of obtaining perfect
Health.
