Ramming: A 61-year-old Warren man was arrested for allegedly ramming into a vehicle he thought was being driven by a drug dealer. Police received a call about an altercation between a man and a woman near Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, 22451 Woodward Ave., around 5:45 a.m. Feb. 13.
