When you think about doing something, do you tell yourself
what you can do -- or -- what you *think* you can't do?

Because whatever you tell yourself, you are usually right.

Pay attention to what you are saying to yourself. Make sure you
keep your head up and your thoughts open. One of the most
important things to remember is never have a *not* in your
sentence when you are in the process of accomplishing
something. You know, like when you say *I am NOT going
to mess this up.* :)

Use those two instructions and flow into success.
