Last Comic Standing

Last Comic Standing is one of my favorite shows. It's a reality television talent show that premiered in 2003. This show pits upcoming stand-up comics against each other until one is declared the "last comic standing." Initially, the winning comic was awarded a development contract with NBC Universal and a special on Comedy Central. From season four on, the special was moved to Bravo.

It is now on its sixth season, and the winner will receive a development contract with the NBC television network and a special first to air on the cable-TV network Comedy Central and later on the cable network Bravo.

Get ready for a parade of NBC comedy stars - French Stewart, Angela Kinsey, Fred Willard, Kathy Najimy and Dave Foley -- to turn up as talent scouts.

I think it's going to be a lot of fun!
