Do you have ways to feel good?
Do you have ways to feel bad?
Can you change your ways so that you have more ways to
feel good and less ways to feel bad? It's really not that
difficult. Decide from now on that your ways to feel good
are pretty easy, and your ways to feel bad are going to be
pretty hard.
Decide from now on that it's too much trouble to feel bad
if supper isn't ready on time. Decide that it's too much
trouble to feel bad if your favorite team loses a game.
Decide that it's too much trouble to feel bad if you don't
meet a self-imposed deadline.
Realize how easy it is to feel good even if the sun doesn't
shine. Realize how easy it is to feel good even if you are
late for work. Realize how easy it is to feel good even if
you don't meet your goal this week. You can try again
next week.
Decide to feel good and you will feel good. Decide to feel
bad and you will feel bad. It's really pretty simple.
