Neuro-Linguistic Programmer Motivating Tips

Take charge of your life and your words. Start today.
Do you say something like, *That really p----s me off?*
If you are one who says the above sentence in a fierce way,
realize now that that sentence does nothing to help you. If it
doesn't help you, there's a good chance that it *hurts* you, and,
in fact, keeps you from living the positive life you want to live.
Decide now to rephrase that sentence in a way that makes you
chuckle. If you are chuckling when you say or think it, it can't
affect you the way it used to.
This could be your new sentence: *Oops. I'm going to have to
drip dry.*
If you find yourself starting to say the first sentence, immediately
go to the second. Keep this up until the first sentence no longer
comes to your mind. An article that will help is *Shatter!"
