Put your courage into action.
If you endure, persist, stay at it once you have begun, you are
displaying courage.
One might say that persistence is a form of courageous patience,
a rare type of courage. If you have courageous patience, you
have the ability to stand firm before you get any feedback or
results. When you plan your work and work your plan, you
will build and develop that type of courage within you.
Whenever you need to bolster your courage, concentrate your
attention on your Power Picture, the picture you have of
yourself that says *I Can Do It!* Create a mental picture of you
as you mean to be, performing as you would like to perform.
Temper your thoughts of fear with thoughts of courage and
self-esteem. What you dwell upon, grows . . .
Be careful.
