Do you want to change?

Simply link pleasure to the new behavior you desire -- and
pain to the old one.

Think of the new behavior, see pleasure. Make sure it is
extreme pleasure.

Think of the old behavior, see pain. Make sure the pain is at
such a high level of intensity that you won't even consider those
old behaviors every again.

Do this on a consistent basis and you will see change soon.
