It's really not that &lt;br /&gt;difficult. Decide from now on that your ways to feel good &lt;br /&gt;are pretty easy, and your ways to feel bad are going to be &lt;br /&gt;pretty hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Decide from now on that it's too much trouble to feel bad &lt;br /&gt;if supper isn't ready on time. Decide that it's too much &lt;br /&gt;trouble to feel bad if your favorite team loses a game. &lt;br /&gt;Decide that it's too much trouble to feel bad if you don't &lt;br /&gt;meet a self-imposed deadline.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Realize how easy it is to feel good even if the sun doesn't &lt;br /&gt;shine. Realize how easy it is to feel good even if you are &lt;br /&gt;late for work. Realize how easy it is to feel good even if &lt;br /&gt;you don't meet your goal this week. You can try again &lt;br /&gt;next week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Decide to feel good and you will feel good. Decide to feel &lt;br /&gt;bad and you will feel bad. It may not work for some, but when it works, &lt;br /&gt;it works well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Look the person in the eye, and at the same time put your finger &lt;br /&gt;and thumb together. If you are tempted to lower your eyes, press &lt;br /&gt;harder with your thumb.
