Do you have trouble keeping eye contact?

Here is a little hint. It may not work for some, but when it works,
it works well.

Look the person in the eye, and at the same time put your finger
and thumb together. If you are tempted to lower your eyes, press
harder with your thumb. That little reminder is sometimes all it takes.
