Together, we will do this.  You pick the subject and that’s the subject you will succeed in! Once you learn these success techniques, you can apply them to anything.

Do you have doubts that you can finish it?

You haven’t finished it because you haven’t finished any of the other courses you’ve had sitting around, taking up space, gathering computer dust?  That’s probably because you had no accountability, right?  At least not the accountability you’ll have when we work together on this course.  The problem you may have had before is where you had no or little accountability.  You probably could work at your own leisure or even stop and just forget about it any time you want.  Where did that get you?  Nowhere fast, right?

Well, that isn’t going to happen here.  These sessions will be unique, because I will teach you HOW to do it and work with you until you CORRECTLY do it to your satisfaction.  I will “take you by the hand” and teach you techniques that help you set and reach your goals.  You’ll learn how to:

  1. Relax, using the perfect way to relax for YOU. (This is most important, and it’s also where some give up, thinking the only way to relax is to try, and try harder. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work with relaxing.)
  2. Visualize your life getting more and more successful.  I teach you how to do that.  (Together, we decide if you are kinesthetic — “I feel what you’re saying”, auditory — I hear what you’re saying, or visual — I see what you’re saying.  Then we use the way that works for you to help you visualize even more successfully.)
  3. Decide what you actually want in your life. (Many people don’t know what it is they REALLY want, much less how to get there.)
  4. Get leverage on your brain so you won’t have negative thoughts. (Meaning your life will become more successful after removing the negative thoughts which continually get in the way. I teach you how to get rid of them.)
  5. Create a new, empowering way of thinking. (I will teach you the appropriate strategy that many have a hard time doing.  You won’t, because you’ll learn the right way!)
  6. Release the patterns that are limiting you.  (We learn what the patterns are limiting you and work on releasing them, one at a time.)
  7. Condition the new pattern until it’s consistent. (This is a winner!)
  8. Plus much more!  And here’s a hint about what is so great about the much more.  It affects every one of the previous 7.  I will be working with you, rooting for you every week, because I know you can do it, and you will feel this. This is one-on-one, yes, but it’s a one-on-one you’ve never had before.

The sessions will be once a week for 4 weeks.  After you’ve registered, you will be taken to a link for session one.  We’ll work with the techniques until they are second nature to you.  Each phone session will be 30 to 45 minutes.  And they will take place at either 7 p.m. Central, on a week night, or 9 a.m. Central on a week day.  (These times should work really well, but if there is a better time for you, I will try my best to accommodate you.

The first session is easy, setting you up for bigger and better things to come.  The oncoming sessions will stretch your mind, which is a good thing.  Your mind isn’t stretched enough to get you what you want… In four weeks it will be.

So this is how it will be: You join, we set the schedule, I email you your session or you can read it online.  Ideally, your call will come no less than 7 days after you join, giving you a week to do your lesson so when you’ve done everything and still have questions, I can answer any questions you have.  I give you techniques to learn, and you will tell me on the call how these techniques have helped you, what you have learned from them and how you will use them in the future.

P.S.  This is a sample of what is required of you every week to insure you understand what you are doing and how I can help you:

*** Throughout this first week before our first phone call, make up a schedule and keep to it.  I have suggested some times for certain techniques during the course, but you might want to experiment on what works best for you. ***

The first session will be an easy one as I want you to learn the program of how we do things.  The following sessions will be more involved, but that’s OK as you will have learned how to progress and make each session more meaningful.

Work on each technique for at least 10 minutes a day or more.  Then, get down to business by deciding what you want to do, how you want to do it, and how it will help you in the future.  That will be your goal.

On the second, third, and fourth week, spend time doing the previous week’s techniques at least once, a day reviewing what you have learned and deciding how you might use the technique.

  2. What you plan to use it for in the future
  3. Your progress
  4. What you want to talk about with Jan for each technique
