Build
Your Own Power Spot
|
Do you want to feel successful? Here is how you can build your own power spot . . .
Look at the floor in front of you. Imagine a bright red circle about 18" in diameter.
Stand where you are, in front of it, and remember a time you were very successful. Feel, see, breathe that success. Now, think of a time you were very confident. Feel, see, breathe that confidence. Now, think of a time you were very happy. Feel, see, breathe that happiness.
When you are feeling completely successful, completely confident, completely happy, step into that circle. Feel those feelings again.
Now, step out of that circle, leaving the feelings there.
Now, step to the side of that circle and relive those feelings again.
Step into the circle. Feel those feelings.
Step out of the circle and leave the feelings there.
Now, sit down and relax.
Now, stand up and step into the circle. Feel those feelings coming into your body, starting with your feet and working their way up? You've just built your own Power Spot. Imagine standing in it before you step into the room for your big job interview, before you make your cold calls, before you go to visit people you aren't happy with. Feel your Power!
